Ahmed El Awadly is a highly professional leader having over 25 years? management experience with organisations across the USA, Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

He has held positions such as general manager, division head and president and has worked for multinational corporations including United Food Industries. Before joining us, he was a distinguished executive training consultant for Dale Carnegie and won several regional awards for his achievements.

Ahmed El Awadly holds a BSc from San Francisco State University in International Business and Marketing.

As the general manager of AAC producer Ytong Bulgaria, Nikolav Kolev increased the company?s market share from 2% to 25% and made it the most profitable Eastern European operation in the Ytong AG Group. Dr Kolev has an MSc degree from the University of Sofia, and a PhD in Economics.
