SCL Trust Acquires Jon Sjoborg’s 50% in Plena Group

SCL Trust has agreed to acquire Jon Sjobrorg’s 50% stake in Plena Group. SCL Trust thereby becomes 100% owner of Plena Group. The Chairman of Plena Group, also the trustee of SCL Trust, expressed his satisfaction to the transaction and the amicable solution thereof between the two parties.
