Corporate Governance

To maintain our impeccably high standards across the Plena Group, strong corporate governance is critical.

The Plena Group board is responsible for the management and operation of the group. There’s also an advisory group, comprising six members who have solid transaction, cross border, legal, industry and finance expertise.

The advisory group’s responsibility is to advise our management board on investment and divestment decisions as well as strategic operational matters.

Our operating companies are run by professional management teams, which report to the supervisory board of operations. The supervisory board always consists of a Plena member, an industry expert, and a local businessperson with local insight and knowledge. The CEO or managing director, as well as other main company directors, also take part in meetings when required.
