Plena enters the Chinese market

Plena acquired its first stake in a Chinese company. The company, Zhongying, is a new venture and is located in the city of Hefei, Anhui Province. Zhongying will establish the first consumer lending business in Anhui province with foreign capital. The founder of the business, Mr. Xia, has a strong track record in financial services / insurance businesses; he took an insurance company to become one of the largest in china before its listing on the Shanghai stock exchange.
