Plena increase its stake in Poslovna d.o.o. (Croatia) to 50%

We are pleased to announce that Plena and its main partner have acquired the outstanding shareholding in Poslovna d.o.o. (Financial services company).  This allowed Plena and its partner to each own 50%.  The business is seeing good growth going forward and Plena Board is excited about its development.
